Legal and Account Privacy FAQ
We collect your full name, email address, phone number, date of birth, and banking details (for deposits via DANA, OVO, GoPay, or QRIS). We verify your identity to comply with local anti-fraud regulations. Your payment method is linked securely; we never store full banking credentials on our systems.
We retain transaction records for the period required by local financial regulations, typically three to seven years depending on jurisdiction. After your account closes, we keep records for an additional period specified by law. You can request a copy of your transaction history anytime by contacting support.
Yes. Email a formal request to our legal team with your account ID. We will provide a complete export of your personal data and gameplay records. Account deletion removes your access; historical transactions are retained per legal requirement but your profile becomes inactive.
You can enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS or email in the security settings. We strongly recommend 2FA to protect your account against unauthorized logins. If you lose access, our support team can verify your identity and restore your account within one business day.
We may suspend your account if we detect unauthorized activity, fraud, or policy violations. You receive notice of suspension with an explanation. You may appeal the decision by contacting our legal team. We do not suspend accounts arbitrarily; all decisions are documented and reviewed.
If you dispute a charge, contact our support team immediately with your account ID and transaction date. We investigate disputes within five business days. If the dispute stems from unauthorized access, we refund the amount and assist you in securing your account. Chargebacks filed with your bank are reviewed against our transaction records.
Your gameplay history is private and held securely on our servers. We do not share individual bet records or win history with third parties. You can view your complete history in the account dashboard. We use aggregated, anonymized data to improve lobby features but never publish individual player records.
